Join us in Building a Sustainable Eco-village,
with a gazebo at the top of the mountain,
to enjoy sunsets and spectacular views!

We provide the 5 acres and common house.
Green built cassitas will be available for purchase,
or on a rent to own basis.

And together we have a community.

We are making plans to finance the project. Check back on this site for the schedule of our groundbreaking event.

Meanwhile, we have rented a 5 bedroom house nearby. We have furnished and unfurnished rooms available for rent for $250 per month, $300 for couples, month-to-month basis, shared bathrooms. This will include all utilities including high speed internet. We cannot accommodate pets in this house.

Queen Creek Foothills, 45 minutes southeast of Phoenix
Imagine waking up to this view from your green casita every morning.

5 acres includes the top of the mountain and 25 feet beyond.
Imagine a cistern at the base of the mountain feeding a vegetable garden.
Imagine a solar hot tub at the lower end of the hiking trail up the mountain and a gazebo at the top.

View to the east. The property stretches from behind the camera position down to the street.
Imagine a common house at the end of the concrete patio connecting with the concrete walkway.
Imagine a 50' x 50' community garden alongside the front of the wash.

A 40 foot concrete bridge spans the luxuriant wash, with palo verde and other trees.

A panoramic view north, east and south.
From the majestic Santan mountains,

to a clear view across the valley with the Superstition mountains in the distance.

At night you can see the city lights, and more stars than you would ever see from the city.

The land borders Santan park on the south side.

The other side of the mountain.

We have electric power, water and a septic tank.
We have two horse corrals.
There is a 33 acre equestrian center within 3 miles.
No homeowners' association! Zoned suburban ranch.
We are 4 miles south of Queen Creek.
Pegasus airpark is one mile away, where you can buy or rent a hangar.
The Santan mountains form a natural barrier to further growth to the south.

There is a land use plan that guarantees low density usage for the foreseeable future.
